Apparently I’m in love with all things grilled right now, particularly grilled sandwiches. For dinner tonight I made a wrap with leftover black beans and mashed avocado from yesterday, plus a few chopped cherry tomatoes. Don’t be fooled by the size of this bowl…it’s a big bowl and my dinner portion was pretty normal! This was 1/4 cup of bulgur (dry) with cooked shrimp, edamame, broccoli, corn, and sugar snap peas.
